4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. TinyFileHub does not store full credit card information. Sellers are responsible for any taxes associated with their sales. Payouts are subject to a verification period to prevent fraud and ensure buyer protection.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TinyFileHub and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TinyFileHub, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any content found therein.
